Writing Group
PROCRASTINATORS: Individuals who put off a tastk intentionally and habitually, although they REALLY, REALLY want to do it.
ANONYMOUS: To be unrecognizable to those who would chastise you for participating in something new or different, following a dream, building a passion, or designing a plan.
Writers of every age, stage, and genre are invited to join our weekly Prose Procrastinators Anonymous writing sessions. This is not a sharing and critique group... this is dedicated time to add words to your works in progress, work on your outlines, character sketches, or editing.
Immerse yourself in the written word for a few hours each week with a group of like-minded souls who will hold you gently accountable to your writing goals and lend emotional and creative support as you write.
Whether you're a Pantser, a Plotter, or a Plantser... all are welcome!
WE ONLY HAVE THREE RULES...
1. Come with the intention to write more than you chat, and...
2. Commit to the group as you would any other team... show up, be supportive, share techniques that might help others, and...
3. RSVP no later than the Monday before the writing session... this will help to arrange for reserved tables, to keep our group together.
Now, of course, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and may prevent you from attending every writing session... but we expect that your absence will be the exception, not the rule.
