I Don't Wanna Play Fullback
Written by Bill Shaul
This Christian novel, written for eight to twelve-year-olds, tells the story of a sixth-grade boy’s struggles with his teacher/soccer coach, culminating in learning a great lesson after the first game of the season.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Bill Shaul, a longtime resident of the Metro Detroit area. Since graduating from Maranatha Baptist Bible College (now Maranatha Baptist University), he has served in various roles in many churches. Wherever he's gone, he has sought to serve God by serving others in whatever ways He wishes. Along the way, Bill's wonderful wife Peggy, reared four amazing daughters who have blessed them with nearly twenty grandchildren. (And yes, he can name all of them!)
For nearly thirty years, Bill has pursued a hobby and a dream: Writing and sharing stories that will entertain, engage, and encourage readers. Both have come to fruition with the publication of three books, with more to follow soon.
