'Tis The Season... And A Little Bit More
November 2025 I had a fantastic day yesterday. Not only was it a warmish, gently blustery, autumn day... with beautiful leaves changing colors, creating a tapestry of lovely against a backdrop of blue... I spent the day immersed in books, communing with authors... and I received a special gift from someone who I don't think realized their dramatic impact on me.😊 Click The Cover To Order! The day began with a Local Author Fair, hosted by the Troy Public Library . I was a v

Livingston Classical Academy Holiday Show
November 2025 I love participating in events that support schools and community organizations, because whether I sell all of my inventory or only just one book, I know that the money I contribute through table fees and raffle donations is going to be well-spent. Because of our association, I get to enjoy relaxing Saturday or Sunday afternoons at Sweetwater's Coffee & Tea, sipping delicious hot cocoa while visiting with fellow authors and readers. I met some nice readers this past weekend who shared their love of story with me, and I sent home a few new books with them to discover. Everyone was kind, and I enjoyed our conversations. I'm grateful to everyone w

CSI's Fall Book Fest... Having This Much Fun Might Be Criminal!
This past week, I hit the road on an adventure to join Creative Slingers of Ink's (CSI) Fall Book Festival . Yes, the fifteen-hour drive was long (in both directions... I was traveling with my furry family members and they need to stop and stretch frequently), and the multiple hours of endless construction traffic through most of North Carolina was less than enjoyable... but all of that was inconsequential once I arrived on Saturday morning at the venue. Consternation vanis
